Shaun has helped me surpass these goals through his rigorous program. He demonstrates exercises very clearly and teaches you to be aware of the muscles you should be targeting for each exercise. Sessions are always fun and challenging with different exercises every week. You will definitely get a work out! And aside from the exercise, Shaun offers a good nutrition plan which caters to your diet; I was on split veggie and meat days as I didn't want to eat a lot of meat.
